So this month, we’re talking about how to have the guts to do the right thing—even when we’re afraid and even when no one else is doing it. We can be strong and courageous because God promises to be with us.

UpStreet's Verse Cling

Learn it, Lock it, Live it.

Learn It. Put this cling somewhere your family will see it all month. Verse:

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9 NIV

Lock It. Challenge your kid to memorize the verse and say it on UpStreet to get a prize.

Live It. Our kids will always bump into situations that require courage. But God promises HE is always with us—whether it’s being afraid to tell the truth or stand up for what’s right when no else is. When our kids trust that the God of the universe is with them, they can have courage to do the hard things.
